Jerry Nugent Sr, Founder

Our History

Holly Pipe Corp. and NST Corp. grants farewell wishes to an outstanding president, father and mentor of his life-long family business--a business which will continue to honor the most prominent aspect of the two companies’ combined: superior quality & service. Over forty years in the drill pipe and oilfield accessory business afforded him many wholesome relationships with hard working folks like himself and live what most people would call the American dream: work hard, play hard, pipe dream a little, and keep calm by the river.

Jerry Nugent Jr, President

Came to work for Holly Pipe in 1993 while in high school and has learned the business from the ground up. Presently, he is using his background in nondestructive testing (NDT), welding, and machine shop operations to further the efforts of Holly Pipe and NST.

Barry Hollier, Vice President of Manufacturing

Began in 1995 with 15 years of machine shop experience. Through his involvement with Holly Pipe and NST he has accumulated over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and sales of tubular goods.

Jarrod Sellers, Foreman

Arrived at NST 2023 and has served as manager of manufacturing facilities since 2000. His experience encompasses welding / fabricating, machining manually / CNC machines and facilitating the operation of QMS systems requiring ISO / API certifications. Jarrod brings a wealth of knowledge, teamwork and dedication to our team as he serves as the key person for our foreman position.

Chad Miller, Manufacturing Superintendent

Chad's experience in the manufacturing industry started at a large pipe threading facility in 1996. He was well versed in precision manufacturing when he arrived at NST in 2000. He's moved up through the ranks learning virtually every aspect of the QMS which governs NST and he continues to serve as a key leader for all shop employees.

Brennan Hollier, NST Quality Manager

Came to work in 2011. Utilizing his bachelor’s degree in finance, he performs various managerial tasks required in order to make quality a top priority. Since his arrival, Brennan has been instrumental for implementing, obtaining and maintaining the API Spec 7-1 license we currently hold.

Cindy Guidry, Office Manager

Arrived at Holly Pipe / NST Corp in 1995 and contributes over 25 years of office management experience.
