Sales Team

Our sales department works rigorously to provide an array of tubular goods for any of the major markets (i.e. oilfield, HDD, geothermal, and water well). Employees in our company wear several hats and have proved themselves over high bar standards we face daily. Our key people, combined with 20 highly skilled employees allow Holly Pipe and NST to excel upon producing quality products in an appropriate time.

Jerry Nugent Sr., Owner, started Holly Pipe in 1983 at a two acre yard off of Verot School Road in Lafayette, Louisiana. A small start with a mobile home for an office on a bed of gravel was the rudiments of the establishment. At first, there were a few trusted assistants and family members who toiled daily in the pipe yard. In the early 1980’s, Jerry’s sales team consisted of one other person and the office manager and now he brings over 40 years of experience in the drilling business to the table. During this time he also developed Holly Pipe's sister company, NST Corporation.

Jerry Nugent Jr., General Manager, came to work for Holly Pipe in 1993 while in high school and has learned the business from the ground up. Presently, he is using his background in nondestructive testing (NDT), welding, and machine shop operations to further the efforts of Holly Pipe and NST.

Barry Hollier, Vice President of Manufacturing, began in 1995 with 15 years of machine shop experience. Through his involvement with Holly Pipe and NST he has accumulated over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and sales of tubular goods.

Jules Quebedeaux, Manufacturing Superintendent, has worked with Barry for most of his career and brings over 30 years of machine shop experience to our team. His extensive knowledge of oilfield threading and manufacturing is vital to the ongoing production on CNC lathes and mills.

Burt Kidder, Materials Coordinator, came to work in 1998 after working over 25 years in the oilfield through purchasing, land survey, equipment management and logistics.

Cindy Guidry, Office Manager, arrived at Holly Pipe in 1995 and contributes over 25 years of office management experience.
